Most roofs under 20 years old with localized damage can be repaired. If the underlayment has failed across large areas, or the repairs would cost a large share of a new roof, we will tell you and put both options in writing so you can compare.

It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the material, and what we find on the deck. A shingle overlay costs the least, a full tear-off with new architectural shingles is the most common choice, and concrete tile costs more up front but lasts the longest. Our estimates price the options side by side.

Most single-family homes take two to five days depending on size, roof type and weather. Tile takes longer than shingle. We handle the permit and the city inspections.

Tile lasts longer and suits Spanish and Mediterranean homes, but it is heavier and costs more. Architectural shingles are lighter, faster to install and cost less, with warranties up to a limited lifetime. If you are switching from shingle to tile we check the framing first.

Every job carries our workmanship warranty, with the term stated in your contract, plus the manufacturer warranty on the materials: up to a limited lifetime on Owens Corning Duration shingles and 50 years on concrete tile.

Yes. Our line is answered 24 hours a day. We tarp and dry-in the roof as soon as it is safe to be on it, then schedule the permanent repair. We can also document the damage for your insurance claim.

Yes, and it is the best time to do it. New skylight flashing and new gutters are integrated into the new roof rather than cut into it later, with one crew, one permit and one cleanup.
